“It has been so amazing after the retreat. Like soooo amazing. I find myself singing all the time, everywhere. The whole world looks so beautiful, there is so much colour and life, I just get lost staring at all this beauty. I feel happy. Like not wanting or needing anything, just content and so grateful.
Being grateful is the number one thing I feel. I cannot believe how great my life is and how happy I am.”
This is the mind when it meets the plants, it either surrenders or it fights. It accepts and sits back for the ride, or it cries in anguish because it’s being told that it’s life work must be burnt to the ground.
Working with the plants can be challenging, it is also healing, rewarding, enlightening and ecstatic. I didn’t know the true meaning of ecstasy until I worked with the plants, and though it occurs now in my life without them, it was the plants that showed me the way. To them I will be forever grateful.
